The redistribution of methods: on intervention in digital social research, broadly conceived

Through the discussion of the concept and phenomenon of research redistribution, the author came to the conclusion that trying to locate digital social research in a single field might be wrong, and should study how to distribute the role of social research in the context of digitalization. The author explored two network platforms that undertake the “redistribution” of social research methods in social research: Issue Crawler and Co-word Machine. The author believes that the redistribution method of social research redefines the method involving the combination and coordination of multiple abilities, and the research on this area will be very meaningful
