A new report was launched, by Green Peace, in July. This report demonstrates how smallholders in Kenya are adapting to the challenge wrought by climate change. In the report are several case studies that run along themes such as: water; soil fertility; water; and communities. It examines the strategies employed by smallholder farmers when dealing with challenges such as changing rainfall patterns; increases in pests and diseases; and extreme weather events.
