I am a Master’s student, studying in the CCAFS program at NUIG. I have experience working in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with the ICON Group, using remote sensing for agricultural land use monitoring. I am interested in global food security, how that will be impacted with climate change, and the solutions which can be applied to adapt to and mitigate against a changing climate. Especially of interest to me is the role of gender in relation to the impacts of climate change. My hobbies include reading, hiking, and rock climbing!
