As MScCCAFS students, we had an opportunity to visit Teagasc operations. Thanks to Dr. Peter and Dr. Galina, who organized this.
Teagasc, the Agriculture & Food Development Authority, is the national body in Ireland, providing integrated research, advisory, and training services to the agriculture and food industry and rural communities.
Mellows Campus is part of the Teagasc Animal & Grassland Research Programme. Its mission is to increase the productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness of Irish sheep production systems.
