And so it begins!

Began my first week of research placement working with Devenish, headquartered in Belfast and the Spillane lab here in NUIG. I visited one of the trial farms where I was introduced to Devenish team members and got a feel for how the piglet trial will be run. I have never been on a pig farm before in my life so I am eager and excited to learn by being hands on throughout the trials!
