About Me
I am a post-graduate student currently conducting research for the MSc CCAFS degree through the National University of Ireland in Galway. I am seeking to do Food Supply Chain (FSC) analysis for the brewing industry to assess sustainability options in reducing emissions and water use. I completed my undergraduate (Ba) degree in Environmental Studies through the College of Science and Humanities at the University of Montana. I began my work in the beverage industry as the Vineyard Manager for a small organic winery outside of Missoula, Montana. After moving to Louisville, Kentucky I transitioned from winemaking to craft beer, performing jobs brewing, packaging, ensuring quality control and managing distribution to 11 states in the region.
As of May 2017 I am working in collaboration with Anheuser-Busch InBev in Leuven, Belgium to perform research on water use efficiency for some of their global production regions.
