About Me

God does not create poverty; we do, because we do not share ” – Mother Teresa

This blog is about finding the link between climate and conflict, the gap, challenges and opportunity to build peace at local, regional, national and at the global level.

My name is Lalhmangaihzuali from Mizoram, India. I am currently studying MSc Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security, at the National University of Ireland, Galway. I am doing a research project work with The International Center for Tropical Agriculture (known as CIAT from its Spanish-language name Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical, Rome). I believe this is a perfect opportunity to help reduce conflict arising from many areas (especially from climate change impact) which have huge short and long-term impact to our fellow human beings.

This blog will give you update about our research and the possible outcome, the challenges and opportunities where you can find opportunities to participate in building peace around the world. It will also give you platform to share your ideas and experiences and also learn from each other.

Let us come together, share and give to bring peace, harmony and stop the suffering.
