Welcome

Hello Everyone and Welcome to my website.

My Research is going to be based on farmer attuitudes towards Climate Change in Ireland. I had a meeting on Thurday last with Dr. Edel Doherty – Cairnes School of Business and Economics  in NUI Galway and a member of the Health Economics & Policy Analysis Centre (HEPAC). Edel is one of my Supervisors.  Today I am defining terms relating to farmers and climate change for my next meeting with Dr. Edel Doherty.

Along with Edel my Tegasc Supervisor is Dr. Mary Ryan. Mary work focuses on rural development and environmental and natural resource economics and is based is Teagasc Athenry.

I am going to be based in the ILAS building in NUI Galway and in Teagasc Athenry from May till the end of June.

I am delighted to be working with such great people and on such an important and intresting topic for Ireland.
