May Crop Walk

Hello Everyone,    

Yesterday I travelled to the farm of Gerry McGrath located in Barnaderg, Tuam Co.Galway. Gerry is a Barley and Oat crop farmer. Gerry has been farming since the 70’s and throughly enjoys having open days and giving farmers insights to the way he farms.

As yesterday was such a fantastic day here are some pictures that I took. The first picutre from left to right. Left winter barley. Center Barley field again. Right is the spring oats which Gerry sprayed yesterday with Minstrel 0.75L/Ha.
