Annual Program Review – CIAT

Hello there,

Today I had the pleasure to listen to a few presentations from early career scientists and the beginning of new projects on the last day of the Annual Program Review. The morning started with 6-speed talks of 5 minute from early career scientists. One of them was from Lorna Born (MScCCAFS student 2016-2017)  about global priorities for agricultural climate services. The agenda continued with some tipping points from the research support areas. After the break 8 different new projects were introduced. Finally, having Andy Jarvis as a moderator, 2 new frontiers of research for development were introduced. One of them really interesting about “Transformation agenda for global food systems under a changing climate” by Ana Maria Loboguerrero.
