Hello there!

The first draft of the literature review submitted, May already started, nine days to fly to Cali, accommodation already sorted… Time is flying, it seems yesterday when I started the masters in September!

I have great news, I will be staying in CIAT – Cali until mid-October. Yes, 5 months!

Over the last month, I have been working on the literature review. As mentioned in the other post, my research project is focused on Climate-Smart Villages (CSV) in Colombia – Cauca.

CGIAR-CCAFS is working in 5 different regions (Latin America, West Africa, East Africa, Southeast Asia and South Asia). The regions, where CSVs are implemented, are considered climate change “hotspots”.

Saturday the 12th I am flying, so next week it will be time to organise, pack, and get ready for this new experience.
