Winery Chef

In coordination with the Sales & Events Manager, Tasting Room Manager, and Wine Makers, I directly oversaw the planning, development, & execution of gourmet meals that were specifically paired with Sonoma-Cutrer wines. Responsibilities: inventory and ordering for all food related items, management of front & back of house staff, menu creation, recipe development, and press coordination.
