Hello everybody! my name is Jennifer O’Sullivan and I am currently a MScCCAFS student at the National University Of Ireland Galway. I have completed a Bachelors degree of Food Science at the University College Cork. I would consider myself to be very passionate in the areas of food, nutrition, climate change and food security. I will be using this blog to communicate knew findings in these areas along with my personal opinions on the topics discussed.
