I am Eoghan Mc Dermott, a masters student in Agri-food Sustainability and Technology in National University of Ireland Galway. I have a bachelors degree in Agri-food Science from Institute of Technology Sligo, with experience in a dairy processor as a laboratory technician. I come from Suckler farming background in the north west of Ireland. I have a keen interest in farming with the aim to improve techniques and make farming a more sustainable enterprise.
