I am an American student enrolled in the Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (MScCCAFS ) program at The National University of Ireland Galway (NUI Galway). I am completing the program remotely at my home in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. I have spent my professional career working for local Food Justice organizations, US-based agriculture policy non-profits, and international digital agriculture companies. My studies in the MScCCAFS program offer an opportunity to gain a multicultural and more in-depth understanding of the intersection of climate change, agriculture, and global food security.
