The objective is to document the\u00a0&#8216;nutrition transition&#8217; in 4 emerging economies &amp; assess the potential to reduce GHG&#8217;s through dietery change by use of scenario planning. Results to be used by policy makers to guide sustainable food consumption for both the environment and health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My undergraduate dissertation<\/strong> focused on the geography of austerity in Ireland.
