so from the better farms 2019 samples which are coming into teagasc there are 13 farmers. this week i have managed to gain DNA from 6 of these farmers samples straight from the animals faecal sample. below is a table of the DNA concentrations which i read using the NANODROP flourometer. to extract the DNA i used the QUIGEN mini stool DNA extraction kit.
