Famacha test

So at the end of last week i went out to the farm where i took the samples which i tested during the week to do another test on the animals. the test which we performed was called a famacha test which commpares the colour of the eye mucosa and compares it to a colour chart. This tests for anaemia which would be one of the key symptoms of a H.contortus  infection. However this test gave results of none of the animals being anaemic which confirmed further my results from the PCR of there not being a H.contortus infection.
