Ceccarelli<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Over the next thee months I will join Florence-based NGO <a href=\"http:\/\/semirurali.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rete Semi Rurali<\/a>\u00a0with their current work on\u00a0participatory evolutionary breeding for low-input and organic cereal farmers.<\/p>\n<p>The research run by Rete Semi Rurali in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.diversifood.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DIVERSIFOOD<\/a> project (Horizon 2020) is now in its 3rd year, however the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solibam.eu\/modules\/addresses\/viewcat.php?cid=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SOLIBAM<\/a>\u00a0evolutionary wheat populations, which are being studied, have entered Italy in 2010 and are now in their 7th year of adaption in\u00a0some of the participating farms.
