About me

Jennifer Zhou is a MSc CCAFS (Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security) student of the National University of Ireland, Galway. She completed her undergraduate degree in Food and Human Nutrition (Hons) at Newcastle University, UK. Growing up in Austria and China, and living in multiple countries since starting university, she is well aware of the effect climate change has on our global food supply and rural livelihoods. Her main interests include the effects of climate change on food and nutrition security, food waste, as well as public perceptions of climate change.
