I am seeking to do Food Supply Chain (FSC) analysis for the brewing industry to assess sustainability options in reducing emissions and water use. I completed my undergraduate (Ba) degree in Environmental Studies through the College of Science and Humanities at the University of Montana. I began my work in the beverage industry as the Vineyard Manager for a small <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenspoon.com\">organic winery<\/a> outside of Missoula, Montana.
