A lovely view from my office<\/em><\/p>\n Set in Rome, the term Byzantine is apt for working at FAO. Though the complication is perfectly understandable once you recognize the necessity of clarity. Its also important to ensure the quality of work coming from FAO that does not contravene with other publications.<\/p>\n The calibre of those working at FAO is quite astounding and everyday is an opportunity to learn from a variety of sources.The wealth of knowledge freely available to all those at FAO is amazing, Simply going to a a page like the NAPs team knowledge tank<\/a>\u00a0will find you a list of FAO publications about policy making that are well worth reading I highly recommend people read the FAO publication “Save and grow, A policymaker\u2019s guide to the sustainable intensification of smallholder crop production”<\/a>.
