These weeks are to be spent focusing on the methodology and preliminary results section for the thesis. It is proving to be a tricky one to write as I am constantly going back and forth with quantitative and qualitative methods. While doing my research I came across &#8216;ethnographic research&#8217; which is a very interesting concept. Ethnography is where a researcher immerses themselves into participant&#8217;s culture and conducts their research on that point of view. As I am in an office-based environment in Hanoi,  I will not be doing those kind of research methods, but perhaps in future career prospects\/research it would be a very interesting concept to think about doing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This title is true, my thesis is looking a little rough around the edges but I&#8217;ll work through it.
