Welcome!
This blog documents the research process for a master’s thesis in Climate Change, Agriculture, and Food Security at University of Galway (UG). In April I had the pleasure of joining the EcoFoodSystems research team at UG, and in conjunction with the team’s larger objectives, the thesis project aims to explore the impact of human migration on efforts to transition to healthy and sustainable diets in urban areas.
Posts will describe and comment on the process of completing the research from start to finish, and will also explore topics related to the thesis in the hopes of sparking meaningful reflection and dialogue from readers.
